Yeah, I didn't understand her reaction either. I understand that such a vision is something that she is having difficulty coming to grips with, especially given this episodes revelation about her sexuality, but it seems nonsensical to completely flip out when her date asks about the vision. If it was something she was so completely unwilling to talk about, why would she go ahead and post it on Mosaic with her name attached?
The weird thing was how she was okay with her rooting through her stuff in her apartment, but very upset about looking her up on a public internet posting.
That scene confused me the way it was filmed. It really looked like the attackers blew up their car with an RPG or whatever, and then as it's sitting there burning suddenly out of the car and spread out to either side returning fire and taking down their attackers. Did they get our of the car earlier, was that a different car or am I just completely out of it?
You can see them diving out the opposite door screaming "Let's go! Get out!" The RPG was fired into the backseat. So we're lead to believe those two factors enable them to escaped and were thus not hit by shrapnel or incapacitated by being so close to an explosion. It's a huge stretch to believe they could have made it out so quickly without injury, but oh, well... It's a TV show and we have to suspend some disbelief.
There seemed to be a bit more to the relationship between Stanford and the woman the President had an affair with / her son. He came in the house, picked up the boy and seemed to be pretty well known to him. It just in general seemed a much closer relationship than that of cover-up artist and the woman he paid off. I expect more developments on that front.
Yeah... That definitely didn't seem like someone who hadn't seen them in years.
