A lot of political talk in this episode but also quite a few interesting developments.
Janis is a lesbian after all, and has a pretty hot date. Her FF, and her dates' knowledge of it, keeps her from going into a relationship though. I wonder why that was such a big deal for the ladies. I mean it could have been "their" baby after all.
Asian looking attackers wound her badly at the end of the episode. I hope she lives. I like her.
The rest of the crew shoots their way out of a an attack of similar looking guys in DC. Before that we learned that Stanford covered an affair of the president and now uses that knowledge to blackmail him into keeping "Mosaic" alive. Interesting new level to the character.
Someone anonymous texts Mark's wife that he has been drinking in his FF. Right after he tells Stanford about it, hmm.
The senator bitch investigating in the necessity of "Mosaic" turns vice president and claims to be president in her FF. But we also see the president still being president in his FF. Curious. Under which conditions, other than death, does the vice take over in the US?
Did the president call for the attackers and ordered them to look Asian because China was one of the suspects for the blackout in the senate hearing anyway?

Decreased amount of casualties during the blackout, but not flash forwards per capita. *NM*
