Are there any truly good werewolf movies out there? The Howling movies never did it for me..I'm not into older films so any "classic" werewolf movies wouldn't cut it and I was horrified by the werewolves in the Underworld series..and not in a good way...I was horrified by the fact that they died if you sneezed on them. Seriously though, was anyone else ticked off by how easy they died? There's a scene where one of them gets a knife thrown at him and he crumples like a wet newspaper..it's ridiculous. And what about William in the end of Underworld 2? he's supposed to be the ultimate werewolf badass and all he does is growl and strike menacing poses until that dude that looks like the lead singer of Creed rips his face in half. Didn't mean to go off on a rant but jeez.
I love the idea of werewolves but have yet to see any great movies invovling them..so any suggestions? and feel free to elaborate on the Underworld werewolves and there tendancy to keel over at the slightest sign of resistance.

I liked blood and chocolate. Well made and semi-intelligent love story. *NM*
