I still think Helfer would have been great as Cersei.

I'm wondering, if this--no, WHEN this gets picked up for the series, who should be Petyr Baelish? If Brad Dourif were younger, he'd be great. If Steve Buscemi wasn't so scary looking, he'd work (he's got the skills, but is just tooooo damned creepy looking). I'm racking my brain for actors that can play this type of role well. Got any ideas?


John Simm - The Master from the new DOCTOR WHO and the main character in the original version of LIFE ON MARS - should play Littlefinger. It's almost a no-brainer.

If he proves unavailable, James Callis - Baltar from the new BSG - would be a decent second choice.
