To me it was the best show on TV. I know that there were probably as many people that hated it as loved it. Some held on to the love affair of the original. However for me I was drawn into to story. The acting, in some cases I have seen a lot better. The sets were not always top of the line. But, to be under attack or under the threat of attack by a enemy who is superior in many ways. The military man in Commander/Admiral Adama and the Civilian Leadership of the President of the Colonies not alway on the same page. The tension, the drama. Making me care as to how the humans are going to survive from one day to the next. Looking for a home in the vastness of space. It all made me LOVE that show.

The Human looking and acting Cylons were great. Tricia Helfer who played number 6 (the hot blonde) was one of the best characters in the series. That whole angle was awesome. Colonel Tigh...what can I say but WOW. He was so messed up, but he held on to one thing. Doing his duty.

Those are just some of the reasons that BSG was the greatest show for me, so far in my life.
