A bit long to take point by point but I agree with most but not all. Ewoks sucked and were just weak replacements for the wokie. I hated them from day one and that hasn't changed. Hiding Luke with his uncle was lazy plot line and never made sense but was worth it to strengthen the tie between him and his dad.

I also think went too far trying to make links between the originals and prequels and would have been better served making it more original but that is a style choice. In general I don't think it had any more plots holes than other movies in ignoring genre. I think it had way fewer plot holes then Star Trek.
