Not a big JJ Abrams fan but I have seen something I find encouraging and from what I have heard it does get past my two biggest issues with a lot of the remakes these days. It is supposed to be more than a lot of cool but otherwise pointless things happening that serve no real point but tickle the fanboys and everything I have heard claims it feels like the first two movies.

What I have seen looks a lot like Return of Jedi which was by far the worst of the original trilogy but that probably has ore to do with the way Lucas used colors than anything else.

Either way my nine year old is bouncing over the house waiting to go tonight. Reminds me a lot of me in 1977 so as long as she love it I will call it a win.
