The other thing they may do, though, is the opposite: not return to CB this year at all, keep all this for Jon's reintroduction in s5, in which case ep. 10 will end with him agreeing to let the Wildlings come south, and Stannis offering to Jon to legitimize him and give him the North, which would also make a good cliffhanger. When Jon re enters CB in s5x01 he gets accused of treason by Janos, who fears the influence Jon gained from his role in the battle and what will happen to him if Sam talks. As for Thorne.. we'll see where he stands.
I think even that's a lot, considering all the fan service they might feel the need to do for the finale. I can't imagine next week NOT showing Tyrion's escape and murder of Tywin (and Shae, oh, please, Shae too! ), and they might need to include Arya, and at least some sort of nod to Bran's arc. Even if we assume the Theon & Bolton and Sansa & Littlefinger arcs are done for the year, I don't think people (esp TV only fans) will be very happy if they completely elide "Khaleesi" (it's actually surprising how often I've encountered fans who only know her by that name) and Arya from the last two episodes.
So I'd say the Castle Black/Wall stuff ends this season with Jon's conference with Mance, and then the sight of Stannis riding to the rescue. Whether or not they include a coda with Stannis meeting Jon depends on how much time and resources they spend on the other bases they need to touch. How far are they going to set up the next arc for Daenerys, if they want to introduce ZombieCat, and the manner thereof (it would almost certainly require a Brienne scene, with some overlong set up - or maybe they won't have the meeting, just some outlaws watching Brienne and Pod and grumbling about the fancy Lannister sword and calling her a traitor who needs to be dealt with, before saying something like "Isn't that right, milady?" and pan to reveal ZombieCat nodding in sinister fashion), how far they are going to take Arya (bare minimum parting with the Hound, or another scene to set up a worse injury; do they include her taking ship to Braavos as well? Why add it to the credits this year if they were only going to feature Stannis & the bankers), all sorts of stuff they might not might not include, and how much of each.
