You're in armor that can dash around, can handle most terrain on the map, has multiple weapons, multiple defenses (health, shield, and special ability), can "overcharge" the reactor to do something cool after a couple of minutes, and you can set it up so when it finally explodes you eject and leave behind a nuclear explosion.
