View original postThis is the fifth Spider Man movie in what, 10 years? But it's numbered Spider-Man 2? Isn't there something very, very wrong with that?

And honestly, in Batman's case at least the reboot was believable and seemed to really add new elements. With Spiderman, while I admittedly haven't seen either of the new ones, I really don't have that impression.

They retold his origin story in the last film again, maybe because they got a younger actor. They simply could have continued counting because overall the films have not changed all that much (except Raimi's first two were better somehow)
