Hmm. But what would they need James Spader for then? I haven't entirely understood yet how he is "playing" Ultron beyond the voice acting, but he does, and not Toby Jones (Zola).
I think they're gonna connect Ultron with Stark, unlike in the comics where Ant-Man created him. I was just surprised they didn't hint at it in IM3 yet. Avengers 2 opening act has a lot of ground to cover, especially to get Captain America to join them, considering the ending of "Winter Soldier".
