It's confirmed by reviews of ep. 1 that Tywin has Ned's sword reforged into 2 swords early in episode 1 and gives Oathkeeper to Jaime.
Then it's also confirmed that the Lannister and Tyrell's respective breakfasts, when Jeoffrey gets Widow's Wail, happen in the first half of episode 2, written by Martin. The nuptial breakfasts take place on the morning of the wedding, which thus most likely ends episode 2, considering that Episode 3 opens with Tyrion "pondering his options", as the synopsis coyly puts it. No mention of Jeoffrey in any episode synopsis after ep. 2
