View original post- Major bonus points for one of the coolest and best designed end credit sequences I've seen in a long time. The post-credits scenes on the other hand were not necessarily a success - the first one at least is terrible, the second rather cute (on both counts).
Director Alan Taylor apparently felt the same way. He was not responsible for the mid-credits scene. James Gunn of next year's Guardians of the Galaxy directed it, which will feature The Collector introduced here. And while I am looking forward to a talking raccoon with a big gun, I gotta agree that that scene felt really off. Del Toro overacted quite a bit and it all looked so tacky. I hope that isn't foreshadowing to the coming movie...
