Great episode, one of the few decent finales. A lot of shows end to soon from cancellation or drag it out till everyone has gotten bored but we see a fair number of 5-season runs of course and those tend to be about the only finales that aren't basically shoe-horned in quick loose threads tiers. Of those a lot really screw up a show, big let down, Dallas style "It was all dream" and so on. This was very solid, excellent pacing as usual.
I'm glad they let Jesse live, Salon did a video that's a 5 minute recap of everything bad that's happened to him that kinda paints how he didn't really need a comeuppance.
Never saw the cash + Grey Matter thing coming, I didn't think they'd have him go kill those two so it seemed like a throwaway meant to drive him to some final action not involving either of them. So when he showed up at their house I wondered if he was going to murder them. Nice to see Walt acting clever and rational again, with the money and with the gun, he's been a bit understandably crazy of late. Good scene with his wife, good acting. Wasn't expecting the Ricin to be used on who it was used on though the moment we saw the focus on the cup it seemed probable. I was expecting her to die I just expected Todd to do it.
