I'm sure I'll see this at some point, but man, I could not be less interested in the plot. Aemon Send a noteboard - 26/07/2013 09:59:05 PM

Seriously, what is the fascination with superheroes losing their powers? It seems like such a cop-out to me. It's as if the writers couldn't think of a realistic and entertaining problem for someone with super-human abilities. Instead, it's "wait. . .what if he WASN'T Wolverine/Spiderman/Superman/Thor/any-other-hero-at-some-point? How awesome would that be!"

...not awesome, guys. Not awesome at all. I want to see Superman punch an asteroid in half, not keel over at the sight of a red rock. I don't want to see Wolverine get shot and limp around, I want to see him get run over by a tank then jump up and cut it in half. Right? RIGHT? Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'm extremely tired of power-loss as plot-device.
