It didn't have the Die Hard feel. McClane got some decent one-liners in, but the entire movie felt like it was being phoned in. I never had the perception that McClane was going up against long odds to beat someone who's victory was all but assured. The shaky cam did the movie no favors, either. Everything was too fast, and too lazy. The plot twist near the end was all right, and the final sequence with the helicopter was cool, but overall it felt like a waste of time.
