But did Abrams write the script? We know he's not writing the Star Wars script, anyway. And Star Trek, for all its internal logic failures and coincidence-reliant plot, was fairly exciting, fun, and grand, not to mention pretty. So I'm not too worried about Abrams on Star Wars. It's a fair bet that he'll hold up his end of the bargain if he gets decent actors. It's the script that I'm more interested in.
