Here's another vote for "haven't ever bothered to watch the non-EE editions after the first time". Legolas Send a noteboard - 10/12/2012 09:40:27 PM
I had never seen any of the extended cut movies, so this was new for me, and I had some thoughts I wanted to share. Or opinions rather. Like is it just me, or was the extended cut actually pretty bad?

Particularly in FotR, the EE adds some great stuff, I thought. Of course I can understand Dom's arguments, and I wouldn't honestly have expected them to release the movies in their extended edition in cinemas what with the pacing and all, but all the same, I consider the EEs to be the "real" movies.

The Extended Editions are far superior to the Theatrical Releases. *NM* - 11/12/2012 03:08:09 PM 290 Views
