They've diverged from the graphic novels quite a bit

So I don't really know what they're doing with the Governor and Michonne and Andrea splitting up... But next episode looks like it's going to be awesome.
I love how Michonne has that perfect angry expression all the time, and manages to convey so much through just looks and various sorts of grimace/snarls. But I hate how all she told Andrea was cryptic gut feeling type stuff. She could have told her about the bullet holes and blood on the army cars, about the Governor's weird journal and how the guy is insane, or really just about anything! Instead she essentially forced Andrea into a position where the latter could either blindly trust her, or stay in the seemingly safe and prosperous village. Normally I'd be more on Andrea's case about abandoning her friend, who clearly has good instincts and knows how to take care of herself, but considering the situations they're in, that little village represents something on about the same level as paradise, so it seems hypocritical to fault her for giving into that sort of temptation.
Anyway, I'm hoping Carol is still alive. I can't believe they would just kill her off screen like that--particularly since I don't remember her death being mentioned at all in the behind the scene stuff on amc's website.
I'm really hoping the Governor does something really genuinely evil and insane soon, because the wait for it to happen is killing me.
