It was incredible. The looming shots on Damian Lewis' face as the implications of what he was doing sunk in, and equally strong performance from Claire Danes. I was very impressed.

You're right about direction - after last week I wondered where the show could go, and there were moment in this week's episode where i thought they'd be close to pressing the "reset button" but it leapt ahead with grace and I cannot wait until next week!
