Because in its advertisements, it seemed to actually be pretty funny. Not a great movie or anything, but like it could deliver some jokes and an amusing time while I munch on popcorn and guzzle soda. The only thing holding me back is that I'm not a very big fan of Family Guy. It's very hit and miss with me, with only a handful of things in each episode that I actually find entertaining, and the rest just fluff that's watchable only because nothing is better on the tv, and I don't feel like going to my computer to pull up something better on there. So it's disappointing that my fears were well founded.

Oh well, I'm sure it'll still be great for a rental with lots of alcohol involved. If nothing else, a drinking game out of every 80s reference would be good, no?
