The Hour, the old Robin Hood, Wonderfalls should sort of count, Queer as Folk,...

So, anyone got some good suggestions??
- The Hour - has often been compared to Mad Men, since it's also set in the '50s, but this is about BBC journalists making a new kind of news show in the time of the Suez crisis
- the eighties' version of Robin Hood ("Robin of Sherwood", but apparently it's called "Robin Hood" in the US), with Michael Praed, Judi Trott and Clannad's fantastic music
- Queer as Folk, the original, that inspired the American remake, starring Aidan Gillen, i.e. Littlefinger on Game of Thrones, as a gorgeous but rather promiscuous gay man
- Coupling, brilliant comedy series on sex and relationships
- Wonderfalls, which is an American (Fo show but set in Canada (or on the border, anyway) and with a French Canadian lead actress, and was outrageously canceled even before the first season was over
Need some good British or Canadian shows (or any English language, but non American shows)

Second CPatW - would've named it except it's more of a miniseries really.

I liked it, but I can't call it "lovely" considering their Hollywood ending.

I am actually not a big fan of the current tendency to praise every British show...
