Haven't actually seen the episode, but for what it's worth...
There was plenty of it in the book, so unless they really exaggerated big time in the episode, it was probably accurate.
Agreed. I recall it pretty much like you do - hints that there might be something going on, but without it ever becoming clear.
I found that Pyke was handled rather well, even if I don't recall Asha (or whatever her name is now) teasing Theon or rather him hitting on her that much.

And once again the show proves that it does not really appreciate Martin's more subtle hints in the books and instead decides to let Stannis and Melisandre go at it right away. I thought that was a little much.
