The fact that a girl can beat up other girls really doesn't prove anything. She is a trained fightter but she would still be weaker than most men her age who are in reasonable good shape.

Good shape isn't everything, though. She is fast, can take a hit and knows where to hit back. I doubt she'd need more than a hit or two to take most of us out. Guys trained in fighting or defense are a different matter, of course.
