If you ask Camilla about it, you'll find that there are not enough things written by Moffat. I do not follow enough british tv to actually comment on the validity of your question, though.
Or is there even anybody else left working at the BBC (and no, Jeremy Clarkson doesn't count)?
Though they seem to have descended to constantly showing cookery shows, quiz shows, or as stated today a quiz show about cookery.
