'Twas in a motel in WA about ten minutes from rebelaessedai (a motel at which I've stayed with the wife, one night of which included Kylia Skydancer/Min_Cauthon--no, not like THAT ) and I just happened to notice it while channel surfing. A couple weeks later I got home, returned to wotmania for basically the first time in a year and, frankly, all Hell broke loose (probably to go find my long since departed sanity.) Odd, indeed, what stays in ones head, but that episode did, even though I was certain at the time it was just a one off event; "oh, the Doctor's 1000 years old; he's probably spent decades traveling with people will never see, bumps into people he knows from all over space and time, and they're just showing us a really important one a single time to drive that home." Or not. Impressive job they've done with it though.
