Somehow, I'm a bit disappointed with today's episode.
Any thoughts?

I agree with Nate's point about cramming too much into 1 episode - but Moffat wrote himself around it all quite well. The only issue I saw that "bothered" me (as I really didn't lose sleep over it) was the fact that they never showed the Tesselecta regeneration (they camera jumped around it) - that was the only sticking point which could have been more explained to me - did they fake it, or was it truly a change of the original timeline in which the first go-around, the Dr. really did die post-trying to regenerate. Otherwise I thought it was a phenominal end to the season and he tied off the Round very very well.
A- in my book, which as a fan of the show is pretty regular in regards to the over-arching plot (I am not as much of a fan of the one-shot episodes) ... I've been watching since the Tom Baker days, and for long standing plot points this one was darn good.

I was both entertained and disappointed, but satisfied in the end. *spoilers*

Never much cared for Netflix ... I prefer the tangible copy of the full season DVD.
