Black Market was the episode that made me stop watching.

I had been feeling a little iffy about it before that, but that episode was so bad and so out of character that it made me lose all interest in the show. I haven't watched it since.
I don't know which of the ones I watched would be my favourite. The one where Adama ordered an attack against the other "good guy" ship because of what they were doing to robo-Boomer was pretty strong. The first season finale was a good one too, I think. It's been awhile.
Who knows, maybe I'll watch them again sometime. My girlfriend has them all. But my two closest friends, whose tv opinions I put a lot of stock in, watched the series all the way through, and while they said the badass and epic moments were great, they also said that the overall story and character development were ridiculous and poorly executed, and they regularly mocked the show. Particularly the part in the opening where it always said, "... and they have a plan" in ominous tones. Beacuse clearly they did not, or if they did it was the most ludicrous, convoluted, and dependent-on-factors-outside-their-control plan ever. From what I've heard, the writers made things up as they went along and bulldozed over previous plot elements and character development whenever it suited them.
That was kind of a tangent. But, uh, yeah. Black Market? Frigging awful.

Don't know which is my favorite, but I agree with the above that Black Market was... unappealing. *NM*

Pegasus was the best episode. Much of Seasons 3-4 were inferior to Black Market.

I agree with your "bests," but would need to re-watch to pick worsts.
