The last time the original Star Wars trilogy was released as fans remember it was in a VHS 3-pack that looked like this:
Anything released after that has been post-Lucas-scene-tinkering and has alterations.
If you want to see Han shoot first you have to do it on VHS. Unless you burned your own DVD's from VHS copies.
