When I first heard about this movie I thought it sounded, well, kinda hokey. But then I learned it starred Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig (and a whole slew of other names I love watching, from Clancy Brown to Sam Rockwell and Keith Carradine), was executive produced by Spielberg (IMO the greatest mind ever in Hollywood) and that it was being released on my birthday (29 July). At the point, I realized I just had to see the movie, and on opening day.
I didn't expect some amazing film with depth or anything, I went in expecting a fun thrilling adventure.
And that is exactly what I got.
It was also the closes I have ever seen Harrison Ford get to playing a bad guy. Is there any movie where he is the bad guy? Please, let me know so I can watch it.

I loved the movie as well, but the title might fool some people into expecting a comedy, which it isn't.
I don't usually play WOT-casting games but Daniel Craig's performance has me thinking, "Hey, with a dark wig, he could be a great Lan Mandragoran." And, is there enough space in the timeline for Dolyrhyde, Jr. to have a daughter who marries an English professor named Jones?
anyone else seen "Cowboys and Aliens" yet?

I agree -- Craig has a stony enough profile & disposition for it. *NM*
