They posted a bogus report with fake quotes from Radcliffe (that they seem to imply were given in an interview with them...) and Yates, seemingly adding they own bogus explanations on top (speaking of giving Ron a CG paunch... ROTFLOL... ever heard of good old prosthetic padding guys? Look at the set pics, for heaven's sake!), and speaking of "last minute" re-shoots (the truth of that is that after the scene was edited they wanted to redo or add a few shots of Emma and Dan - they didn't re shoot the whole thing) that actually took place last november (and knowing how this works, this scene must have been put in the movie not long after... internal dubbing for HP starts months in advance - they probably had a final cut minus some of the last VFX by January or so). God knows where they really got all this stuff and why they believed it real, but looking around I've seen these fake quotes are from a bogus WB press release that was part of another site's April's Fools (and identified as one, at that!).
