GoT: What episode will "X" happen (SPOILER TALK HERE!!!!!) **SPOILER ALERT**

First off, for those watching the show that have NOT read the books, I suggest you quit reading, this discussion is spoilery by definition. Okay, are they gone? I assume so. Down to business...
My friends and I were discussing what episode we figure certain events would happen, stuff like Viserys getting his golden crown (we now know that should be in episode 6 "A Golden Crown" going by the title), Robert's hunting accident, Ned's visit with Ilyn Payne at the steps to Baelor's Sept. Stuff like that.
My guesses are: Robert's hunting accident will be either episode 5, or tucked into episode 6 (making that episode a deadly episode for two characters).
Ned's end will probably be episode 7, definitley not any later than ep#8.
Drogo dies in episode 10 I figure.
What do you folks think? Other events you're wondering when they will happen?
