there are a few movies, usually scifi, that I've stumbled upon, watched the remainder of, and immediately bought/put on my Netflix list:
Predator 2, Tremors 2:Aftershocks and a bunch of SyFy originals: Malibu Shark Attack, Mankiller, Bonecrusher(?) and Wyvern. Sure, the special effects on the SyFy movies were mostly just adequate and the basic ideas may have been hokey but I thought the writers did a good job and there were no tongue-in-cheek-I-know-this-is-horse-manure performances. I have an especially warm spot in my heart for MSA because when I prayed that a certain character would please die SOON, my prayer was almost immediately answered.
