I doubt they'd pull a movie that's already in theatres.

E.g. the movie Hereafter starts out with a tsunami and one of the main characters going through a near death experience... This is now rather poor timing. I wonder if it will get pulled from the theatres.
But delaying the release of movies scheduled to come out, or cancelling movies planned to be made, that seems quite possible, yes.
