The studies I have seen say the best TV for children that young is one that is turned off. But beyond that I think you over thinking it if your problem with the talking rodent who is the same size as the talking dog is that the physics are not accurate.
I know. The best TV PERIOD is the one that's turned off.
What always bothered me about Mickey Mouse is Pluto. Why can’t he talk and why is he treated like a pet when Goofy isn’t?
Racism. Goofy is obviously part of the "superior dog race." Duh!
