I should be open-minded enough about Annie and Jeff's age difference, so why does it creep me out just a little? The maturity difference may be what creeps me out although that does not make sense either as Jeff isn't precisely mature. I have no idea what my problem is. They are both great charaters and attractive.
Like you said, Jeff isn't very mature.
And there IS an age difference; enough of one that I couldn't see the relationship doing too well in real life (not that all such relationships are untenable, just between two characters such as these)
But like you said, they're both great, attractive characters. They also have great chemistry, and are entertaining enough that I'm glad the show hasn't just gone "Well, let's just forget about that"
I amuse myself.
