Castle and Beckett are in the warehouse questioning the Chinese workers, Castle says (in Chinese): "My partner is crazy and may start firing at any moment."
Afterwards, Beckett asks if he studied abroad, to which Castle replies, "No, just this tv show I used to love."
Yay for Happy Geek Moments 
I loved that part, even though I knew exactly where it was going.
I laughed so hard at the "ew, gum" thing that I snotted. Feminine and attractive, I know, but I'm so happy I have this show.
I look forward to it every week.
