I didn't even think about them sharing a bed (although that did make for a couple of funny scenes). I was just thinking about how they went out on a limb with the over-the-top comic book stylings and heavy use of videogame music and concepts. I think that's the reason that it failed at the box office. You're either into that stuff, or you're not. Hollywood doesn't usually take chances like that. They stay more mainstream to keep the $$$ coming in.
