Definitely "Zombieland". "Shaun of the dead", too. But those are parodies. "28 days later" is pretty good. The "Dawn of the dead" remake, if you skip the end credits that ruin everything.
28 Days Later is not a Zombie film. The infected are alive not dead.
And the Dawn of the Dead remake is just wrong on so many levels. the principle being that Zombies do not run (please see the Simon Pegg piece linked below)

It does look good, but you should read the comics. They are excelent.
