Seriously? And the worst part is there are not just one, but a number of things in that episode that those questions could refer to. My hunch of the WGA strike having something to do with this seems to be correct, but that's really not a sufficient excuse to make such a mess of things. So the season is drastically shortened, fine, then postpone some ideas or plotline resolutions to the next season? Cramming everything into the finale was just absurd, even apart from the absurdities in the plotlines themselves.
