Nice to see someone else *not* hate the ending. Zalis Send a noteboard - 17/09/2010 05:59:41 AM
Because, really, what did anyone else expect? The colonists were doomed from the moment they holocaust happened. There would be no repopulating the society as they knew it. Merely survival.

Sure, some things could've used a little more explaining. Starbuck's actual role was pretty wacky. Playing the Final Five up and then having [the last one] being petty after a glorious final Cylon reveal.

Oh, and again - DO NOT WATCH THE PLAN. I don't care what people say. It is NOT worth the damage it will likely do to your memory of the series. It's largely stock re-roll with added filler, crap dialogue and lousy acting. Why? In an attempt to add meaning to the Cylons and their plan, they cheapen much of the series' story. It makes the Cylons look like idiots, and not even Cavil's "Dark Matter" monologue can fix that. Oh, and there's an out-of-the-blue close-up of a guy's dong. Seriously. Eddie Olmos loses major points for being so psyched about this train wreck. (and directing it)
The sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.
