You know, the people who go to movies just to watch things blow up and therefore think "The Dark Knight" was actually a good movie. The people who buy the extra jumbo popcorn bucket after having just had a jumbo plate of ribs for dinner and then don't understand why they're obese. The sort of people who go watch the Bourne movies and think they're realistic.
They don't care that 3D is a cheap, unrealistic effect even now. They don't care that it's probably ruining their eyes (I won't go to a 3D movie if you pay me just based on how it makes my eyes feel if nothing else). They don't care that they have to pay $3 extra that they probably really can't afford. No, it's time to go watch shit blow up. Whoo-fuckin-hoo.
