I liked it, but thought it wasn't worth the hype.
99 Iron Monkey (China)
77 House of Flying Daggers (China)
I have trouble remembering which of these two was which...
66 Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (China)
48 Downfall (Germany)
31 Godzilla (Japan)
25 Das Boot (Germany) I actually liked all of these, except parts of #66, which I suspected had to do with cultural differences about what constitutes humor, and appropriate length of an action flick.

82 Battle Royale (Japan)
I may have seen this one, but am not sure I remember what it was about.

I intend to check out the following one of these days, though I think they might be remaking #15 for normal people.
95 Way of the Dragon (Hong Kong)
69 Ringu (Japan)
30 Infernal Affairs (Hong Kong)
15 Let the Right One In (Sweden)
1 Seven Samurai (Japan)


By the way, why is Dead Snow (Dod Sno in foreign-babble) not on the list? That was probably the best foreign film I have ever seen. (Norwegian or Swedish or something like that.

In case anyone wants to know, I've seen a measly 17.
