Yeah, who cares if kids know about the difference between the Mesozoic and Pleistocene Ages? They're both just propaganda from the anti-Creationist nutters.

In (some) seriousness, I'd heard that the creators of the original Ice Age(s) had an agreement with their consultants that they wouldn't do anything so lame as put deliberate anachronisms in their films, and would even work to minimize accidental anachronisms. But then the first couple made money, so WHOOPS! We Don't Care Anymore!
