if I had awhile I could think of more. but the ones where they had time to do it and didn't upset me.

but here's a minor one:

at the gate to the school in HBP, Snape and Draco are standing there and Harry and Snape have a short staredown instead of Snape taking him up to the castle. I'm okay with that, but why, oh why, did they not at least have Snape say something mean?


also, HBP had my favorite Dursley beginning of any of them, so I was a bit sad not having them.

That it was left out I mean. I love Dumbledore and the Dursleys at the beginning of HBP. I love how he goes in, messes with them and then lets them have it about how they've treated Harry, but in a very Dumbledore way.

I could think of more too, and likely will as the read through continues. Some things I know why they cut, but some things needed to be there IMHO.
