I wrote the following before but I'll do it again for those who don't want to search out the past post. The show is good, the acting is good, and the plot is good! The interaction between characters is excellent, especially Damon and Stephen.

While there were a few episodes in the first half that got kind of mushy in a CW kind of way they quickly dropped that by the mid way break for the Olympics. After that point (the showdown at the tomb) the story just took off and didn't stop until the very end where the producers dropped a season ending bomb that totally took me.

I started watching it out of boredom and to blow off stress while finishing school and became totally engrossed within three or four episodes. I fully plan on watching Season 2.
