A reasonable episode with some nice touches (talking to the cat) although I did find some things kind of odd (headbutting to impart information)
All in all it was grand, had a nice story and showed some of the Doctors quirkes but in truth we are now waiting for the upcoming double parter.
Also considering how little interest the character had in travelling I thought it a little odd that he had a postcard from the Van Gough exhibition in Paris stuck on his fridge. Perhaps the girlfriend had been and sent it to him.
