First, the Tardis shard. On the Tardis, there's recessed panels. The sign itself is in the middle of the panel with a good two inches before the bordering 1x4s. However, on the shard, the sign itself is recessed. It's hard for me to put it into words properly, but if you look at that scene in Cold Blood, you can see the difference between the two.

The other one is in Amy's flashback when the Doctor's trying to get her to remember Rory. There's the one short bit where he gets shot. Except, there's no laser (or whatever you'd say the Salurian guns shoot), and he's not pushing the Doctor out of the way.
