Yes, you get all the important answers and the ending is very satisfying. Season 1 was great.....2 and 3 were whatever/not great.....but 4-6 is the real meat of the main story arc that JJ and team developed when they decided to end Lost after season 6.

I would skim season 3 and dive into the rest.
