I really like the guy. He's the kind you'd wish on your side in a pub crawl. I neither follow nor care much about what he does / says in interviews, actually I read a few rather normal ones.


LA Confidential aside I can't say i've liked him in anything else i've seen. Quick and The Dead was rubbish, Virtuosity - rubbish, The Insider - rubbish, Beautiful Mind - horrendous drivel, Gladiator - massively overated movie and performance. At that point, in light of his terrible movies, performances and offscreen antics, i decided never to watch him again if i could manage it.
